Both the main Church Auditorium and Undercroft have completely step-free access. Although there are steps to the front door, the side entrance is completely level. It is always open when there is a service on, and almost as many people use the side as the front. Outside the church, on Trinity Rise, there is designated parking for two blue-badge cars.
All of our liturgy and songs are projected onto a single screen; the wording is clear and well-spaced. For those who have difficulty reading from a screen, we have paper copies in both normal and large print each week.
For those who use hearing aids, we always have the loop system switched on.
There are wheelchair-accessible toilets in both the church and the undercroft.
We are always keen to receive feedback from visitors with disabilities so that, where possible, we can serve the whole community better.
